GuideFeaturesRaids
From sign-ups to loot: the checklist, Raid Assist, attendance, the loot helper, soft reserves, loot points and the readiness grid.
Raid tab > Schedule raid: pick the raid, the day and the time, and optionally the minimum level and the items each raider brings. Tick Repeats every days (say Tuesday and Thursday) and the raid moves on to the next night by itself after each raid, for everyone in any time zone. Or From calendar: the next guild raid in the in-game calendar is picked up on its own, keeping the items.
I'm in, Tentative or Out on Home or the Raid tab (or /wc in). Anyone who hasn't answered gets one clickable "Are you in?" prompt. Three hours before, raiders short of items get a reminder listing exactly what.
Invite everyone signed up, arrange the groups and run a ready check, while seeing who's missing.
While an officer is in the raid during a scheduled raid, their add-on records who is present. It feeds the loot helper.

Every gear page has Best fit, officers see a "Loot:" line on gear tooltips, and /wc loot Lionheart Breastplate prints it. Each candidate earns points:
| Reason | Points |
|---|---|
| On their wishlist as BiS / normal / low | +100 / +40 / +15 |
| An upgrade: empty slot, or by how much | +50 / up to +60 |
| Each item received in the last 30 days | −15 |
| Signed up In for the scheduled raid | +10 |
| Each of the last 8 recorded raids attended (once 3+ are recorded) | +2 |
Loot history is recorded by each member's own add-on for the rare and better gear they receive in groups, so nobody can record loot for someone else.
During a scheduled raid (from 2 hours before until 6 hours after the start), guildmates who whisper the raid leader inv or invite are invited automatically. Works for the leader and raid assistants; one checkbox turns it off.
Whispers go out one at a time and pause in combat.
Raid tab > Attendance shows the last 12 raids per player, newest first, with a rate. Members can't mark themselves present. Export CSV has it too.
Four more pages on the Raid tab for the hour before the pull: who wants what, who has earned what, and who is actually ready.

Raid > Reserves, Reserve on a gear page, or /wc sr Lionheart Helm: each raider reserves up to 2 items for the scheduled raid (officers choose 0 to 3, and can lock reserves). Tooltips say "Reserved by", the loot helper counts reserves, and Post lists them in raid chat. A reserve travels in the raider's own data, so nobody can reserve for someone else.
Optional, for guilds that want them. Officers award points to the whole raid or to players, and spend them on loot, with a history where any change can be undone. Points can be given on their own for attendance and every boss killed. Only officers can change them, and the loot helper shows each candidate's points. /wc pts prints the standings.
At your ready check (raid leaders, assistants and officers), Warchest reads the raid's buffs and tells you who lacks a flask, food, or a flask or elixir from the raid checklist. Post buffs puts it in raid chat. It never runs in combat. /wc buffs runs it any time.
One row per raider, for everyone signed up and everyone in your group: sign-up, attuned (for raids that need it), resistance for this raid (fire for Molten Core and Blackwing Lair, nature for Ahn'Qiraj, frost for Naxxramas), raid checklist items they're short of, flask and food from the last buff check, reserves and points. /wc ready sums it up in chat.
At every raid boss pull Warchest notes who is there and the flasks, elixirs, food and world buffs each raider has. When the fight ends it reads the finished fight from the Details! Damage Meter add-on, if you use it: damage (and damage on the boss itself), healing, damage taken, interrupts, dispels, deaths and what killed each player, and the boss abilities that hurt the raid most. Nothing is read or sent during the fight.
Upload your Warchest file on the guild portal after raid night. Every officer who raided can upload too; the same pull is only kept once. /wc meter shows how many fights are recorded.
Officers see everyone; members see their own numbers unless the guild master shares more.
